TuTTie's Place residents participate in panel discussions with studio guests and telephone callers on topics relevant to growing up in today's society as citizens of Baltimore and the world.

The radio program benefits the children and the community.  The children gain life skills.  They  learn to express themselves verbally, practice public speaking, engage in diplomacy, and gain experience in radio broadcast functions.  The community benefits by listening to the issues and concerns of young Baltimoreans, learning  how effective group homes should operate, and that the residents are children who are live, work, and play and interact in their neighborhoods.
